NAME CHANGES, CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:
Name changes received prior to the 1st September 2024 are free of charge for both individual and group registration. After this date, a handling fee of EUR 50 will be charged for each name change.
All name changes should be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. Name change requests by phone or SMS will not be accepted. All refunds will be done the latest 45 days after the conference
Registration and accommodation refund terms:
- Before 31.07.2024. – 80% will be refunded
- Before 31.08.2024. – 50% will be refunded
- After 31.08.20204. – No refund
